The fund targets small-to-medium size commercial properties located in good business locations with attractive above-market income yields.
ARA SUMMIT DEVELOPMENT FUND
The ARA Summit Development Fund is mandated to invest in real estate development projects and projects with value enhancement potential in Australia and South East Asia either through direct equity positions or debt structures.
ARA HARMONY FUND III
The ARA Harmony Fund III owns a portfolio of high quality, well-located retail malls in major Malaysian cities and towns with total net leasable area of 2.8 million square feet. The malls’ positioning as full-experience neighbourhood malls are supported by strong catchment areas and thus enjoy high occupancies.
JAPAN VALUE FUND II
The Japan Value Fund II is a follow-on fund to the Greater Tokyo Office Fund. The fund’s mandate remains the same, which is to identify and acquire well located commercial assets where there are disjointed situations. For Japan Value Fund II, while the focus will remain on Greater Tokyo Area, the geographic coverage has been expanded to capitalise on this strategy in other key cities in Japan.
