Mr Desmond Tang has been CEO of Straits Real Estate Pte. Ltd.(“Straits Real Estate”) since February 2014. He drives the business growth and investment strategies of Straits Real Estate.

Mr Tang has more than 30 years of experience in real estate investment and management. Prior to joining Straits Real Estate, he was Managing Director and Co-Head at Alpha Investment Partners and Managing Director at GrowthPath Capital Private Limited which he co-founded.

Mr Tang holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

Mr Paul Yi is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Straits Real Estate Pte. Ltd.. Concurrently, he has been the Chief Investment Officer since joining the company in October 2016. He is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s investment strategies globally.

Mr Yi has over 25 years of experience across various asset classes and geographies. Before joining Straits Real Estate, he was the CEO of ARA Managers (Asia Dragon II) Pte. Ltd. and Head of Investments for ARA Private Funds. Prior to that, he was based in Japan for three years as Head of Business Development at Capmark Finance. He was also the Head of Investments under Merrill Lynch’s global principal investments group for four years in Korea and Hong Kong and previously held roles at BlackRock and PNC Bank in the United States.

Mr Yi holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from the Pennsylvania State University, USA.

Ms Adeline Fong joined Straits Real Estate Pte. Ltd. in November 2014 and is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Asset Management of the company. She is responsible for driving Straits Real Estate’s asset management strategies and is adept in adopting holistic approaches for value creation.

Ms Fong has more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management and property development. Prior to joining Straits Real Estate, Ms Fong was Assistant Director of Asset Management at Alpha Investment Partners. She had also been the Head of Business Development and Investment at OUB Centre Limited.

Ms Fong holds a Bachelor of Business from the Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.

Ms Lim Quee Ee joined Straits Real Estate Pte. Ltd. in 2021 and is currently the Director of Finance. She oversees the accounting, treasury and finance-related matters.

An accountant by training, Ms Lim has over 14 years of experience in accounting, auditing, treasury, financial planning and analysis.

Ms Lim holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore since 2015.
